Basic WebsitesThere are so many good platforms that are easy to use. Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress and more. They all offer something different - just ask which one might be right for your business!
Images For Your Website or MarketingThere are lots of places to buy professional images online. Wherever you get your images, be sure to keep a copy of the license you'll get with your receipt and/or give proper credit to the photographer when required (this last one could cost you if not done properly). Here's one site I've used and recommend. Other free options include Pexels & Unsplash.
DIY Professional Email SignaturesMake your own free custom email signature with your logo & social media icons - here's a few ways to create yours:
1. Mail-Signatures.com provides several free email signature templates. 2. Here's a great blog tutorial with instructions on how to use Google Docs to design your own signature. 3. For Gmail, here's an email signature template with instructions you can use. Small Business CoachThere are plenty of Small Business Development Centers in the U.S. where you can find free classes and support for your new business. For those looking for an Executive Business Coach, we recommend Tim Murrill at Coaching Centers in Solano County.
PrintersFor a great local printer in Vallejo, check out MinuteMan Press on Tennessee.
For an online printer, I've had some success with PSPrint. They have an office in Oakland where you can see a proof in person - great if colors are really important to you. Here's a lInk: Time Management & BillingHarvest is a great, affordable service for client invoicing (I should know), time management and project management.
Small Business Grants/LoansCheck your local small business development center first but there are other resources out there too, such as this one from FinImpact.

Backup & Access Your Files From Other Locations
It's like your own little computer network! Plus, you can give access to certain file folders to other people in other locations! Just like Mozy, the first 2 gigs are free but you can pay for an upgrade for more capacity.
Password Protection & BackupEmail MarketingLamb Consulting recommends MailChimp - a free email marketing service that lets you email your clients for free. It's free for under a certain number of emails but the service is pretty good and much easier to use than Constant Contact.
EcommerceBigcommerce is a great platform for selling products online. They are reliable and easy to use. Of course, there are many other options so be sure to ask us for a specific recommendation to suit your needs.

Advertise on Facebook
Even if you are not personally on Facebook - you can advertise your business there easily. Do you know your customers are the type to watch Extreme Home Makeover or love a certain type of music? You can target these specific types of folks on Facebook - and no, we don't get a commission from them. FB is ideal for marketing light, lifestyle products & services.
